Course Description

Are you ready to be adaptive in your organization? Take the Scrum Master Training!

This two-day Scrum Master Training program provides an in-depth perception of the Scrum Framework, focusing on learning the components and the Scrum roles and ceremonies. The participants that will finish the course will be prepared to use their knowledge in Agile methodology transformation in their organization.

The Scrum Master professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Agile Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Agile Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project, clears impediments for the team, and ensures that Scrum processes are followed.

Scrum is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. It is a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products.

Who Should Attend?

Those interested in Agile Transformation at their workplace, implementing Scrum in their organization, and improving their product delivery should attend this course. This includes, but is not limited to, project sponsors, product owners, developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Prerequisites

None. General background in project management will be helpful but not required.
This course is designed for software developers, project team members, team leads, architects, project managers, scrum team members, scrum managers, scrum masters, teams transitioning to scrum, and anyone working on IT and project management teams projects and products.

The facilitator of this course has earned Scrum Trainer, Scrum Coach, and Scrum Master Certifications.

This Scrum Master Training is available across all regions in the Philippines. Please note that examination and fees to take exams are not included. This course is specially designed to guide you through taking the certification

  • Readily recognize, define, and work with the concepts, advantages, and challenges of the Scrum Framework.
  • Be prepared to play the role of Agile Scrum Master in their organizations and help their organizations adopt the Scrum Framework. Furthermore, students will develop an understanding of the other roles in Scrum.
